Ajax FireProtect 2 AC White with Smoke, Heat and CO Detection

The Ajax FireProtect 2 AC (Heat/Smoke/CO) Jeweller provides simultaneous detection of smoke, hazardous temperature increases and carbon monoxide. Its built-in siren delivers an acoustic warning of up to 85 dB, while connection to an Ajax Hub 2 4G control panel enables alarm notifications and detector status monitoring through the Ajax app.

Its dual-spectrum optical chamber uses HazeFlow 2 technology to distinguish real smoke from water vapour, helping prevent false alarms commonly caused by cooking or showering. The chamber is protected against dust and insects and does not require regular internal cleaning. Two A1R-class thermistors trigger an alarm when the temperature exceeds 64°C or rises by more than 10°C within one minute.

The integrated chemical sensor monitors hazardous CO concentrations and uses a different acoustic and LED pattern from smoke or heat alarms. The detector communicates through the wireless Jeweller protocol, can also provide standalone local alarms and operates directly from a 110–240 V AC supply. A sealed backup battery keeps it operational during a power outage. This is a complete product for new installations or system expansions, not a replacement part.

The SmartBracket mounting panel, pre-installed WAGO 221 connectors and QR code pairing simplify installation and mobile configuration. This smoke, heat and CO detector is particularly suitable for homes, holiday apartments, offices and small businesses requiring triple indoor protection. A compatible Ajax hub is required for remote notifications, automation scenarios and app management.
