Return & warranty management(RMA)

Costumers will have a period of 14 days since product arrivals to cancel contract and return product. The costumer shall communicate TDTprofesional, within stipulated period, using any means allowed by law, your right and desire to rescind contract.

 

If the returned product shows some damage, TDTprofesional will charge costs of replacement or repairing, except in cases wherein the acquired product has a manufacturer´s warranty. In this case, costumer shall follow the procedures and conditions indicated by manufacturer.

 

Costumers can return any product which was purchased at TDTprofesional website, since product package was preserved and perfect conditions, otherwise items will be devaluated. In this case, TDTprofesional will return the paid amount by reimbursement in credit card or by bank transfer to an account indicated by customer. The return costs shall be a costumer responsibility.

 

TDTprofesional will not admit self-charging sending, except cases in which the return was given by any sending error made by us. In this case, we kindly ask you to contact our costumer service department.

 

To make a return it will be necessary to fill out the return form (RMA). Once received the request, we will contact the customer, pointing the steps to make the return. The package must be delivered to a Correos post office, identified with the label received by email, which must be printed and pasted on the outside of the package.

 

If delivered product was different from requested, in reason of some error made by TDTprofesional, this will be removed, and the correct product will be sent with no additional costs.

 

1. RMA request form

To process a refund, replacement, repair or warranty management, you must complete an RMA form.

 

 
 
 
 

2. RMA request validation

You must indicate in the comments field the reason or reason for return when making the RMA.
-In case of faults: Explain in a CLEAR AND DETAILED way the failure of the equipment. Descriptions such as “it does not work”, “it fails”, “it has problems”... are NOT valid.
- In case you have created a user and password; you must indicate it in the observations field.

4. Depreciation due to handling or use

In the event of a return, the refund amount may be reduced if the product shows signs of use or damage that imply a loss of value attributable to the user. This depreciation will be applied proportionally to the condition of the item, according to the criteria detailed below:

  • Packaging is not original or is severely damaged (70% depreciation).
  • Product opened but fully functional (10% depreciation).


5. How long can RMA processing take?

From receiving the product to sending it to the supplier for RMA handling, there may be a delay of approximately one month; in some cases, it may extend to up to a month and a half.



6. Warranty for products with built-in batteries

Some of our products include internal batteries that are considered consumable components. The legal warranty for new products is 3 years, but this duration does not always apply to batteries, since their degradation is part of the normal use of the device. For this reason, the battery may have a different warranty period set by the product manufacturer.

  • If the battery has a manufacturing defect, it will be covered for the period indicated by the manufacturer.
  • Natural battery degradation due to normal use is not considered a warranty failure.
