The Ajax Wireless Voice Module with AI in Black enables an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to listen to what is happening and communicate with occupants immediately after an alarm. Voice verification helps operators distinguish a genuine intrusion from a false alarm and coordinate a faster, more appropriate response.

SpeakerPhone Jeweller provides full-duplex two-way audio through Ajax’s proprietary VoRF protocol. It features AI-powered voice optimisation for noise suppression, a 3 W speaker delivering up to 103 dB, voice audibility at distances of up to 10 metres and wireless communication with the hub at up to 1,700 metres in open space.

It operates within the Ajax system with the Hub 2 4G Jeweller alarm control panel, Hub 2 Plus Jeweller and Hub Hybrid 4G. It is an accessory for new installations or compatible system expansions, not a spare part, and requires telephony configuration by the security company to communicate with the ARC.

The operator can use the module to warn an intruder that the police are on their way or provide instructions during a fire, medical emergency or other critical event. It is designed for indoor installation, has an IP50 protection rating and does not work as a standalone intercom; its AI optimises voice transmission but does not analyse or detect alarms.

When an Ajax detector triggers outside business hours, the hub activates SpeakerPhone Jeweller so the Alarm Receiving Centre operator can listen to the premises and speak to anyone inside. The installer can position the module in a central location to support alarm verification and allow the operator to issue a direct voice warning before coordinating a police response.

Example 2. Guiding occupants during an emergency

In an office or home connected to a security company, the operator can use the Ajax voice module to provide instructions following a fire alarm, panic button activation or medical emergency. Full-duplex communication helps the operator assess the situation, guide the people on site and coordinate assistance without requiring occupants to have access to a telephone.
