Openetics 5 m Grey CAT6A/6U LSZH UTP Patch Cable

The Openetics 5 m CAT6A/6U LSZH UTP patch cable is designed for high-performance voice and data network connections. Its 5 metre length makes it suitable for linking workstations to RJ45 wall outlets or for data interconnections inside communication racks.

Built for Cat 6A Ethernet structured cabling systems, this patch lead supports frequencies up to 500 MHz and data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps. It is intended for new installations, network upgrades and professional LAN deployments where stable high-speed connectivity is required.

This U/UTP patch cable includes RJ45 male connectors at both ends with 50 µ" gold-plated contacts for reliable conductivity. Its LSZH sheath is halogen-free, flame-retardant and designed to reduce toxic gas emissions in the event of fire, making it suitable for professional environments, technical rooms and structured cabling projects.

It also supports IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 PoE up to 90 W, allowing compatible devices such as IP cameras, access points or network terminals to be powered through the same Ethernet cable. It can be combined naturally with other RJ45 patch cables and structured cabling solutions.

Example 1: connecting workstations in a Cat 6A office network.

Its support for 10 Gbps and 500 MHz helps preserve Cat 6A network performance when the switch, horizontal cabling and user outlet are prepared for this transmission level.

Example 2: patching between panels and switches inside a rack cabinet.
