Universal Flush Lock 300A-S 12Vac Fermax 2909

Built-in electric lock release with automatic operation (A) and 12V AC activation: it unlocks automatically when voltage is received and it locks again once the power is stopped and the door is mechanically opened and closed again. The lock release is integrated in a type S frame, to be embedded in the wooden or metal door frame.

The Series 300 of door openers is characterized by its more robust design, whose dimensions are: 90(V)x20(H)x28(P)mm without armor. With armor they would be 160(V)x25(H)mm. It is a reversible lock release, that is, it allows opening both to the right and to the left, but taking into account that the body does not keep symmetry with the change from DIN Right to DIN Left.

What are the main characteristics of the Fermax 2909 Lock Release?

DIN REGULATIONS establishes the opening direction of the door and designates the type of lock release installed.
Looking at the door from the side where the hinges are visible:

If the hinges are to the observer's left, it is a DIN Left door opener.
If the hinges are to the observer's right, it is a Right DIN lock release.

SERIES 300

This lock release is composed of a 300 series electric mechanism, whose dimensions are:
90 (V) x20 (H) mmx28 (P) mm, when served in the MAX version it allows a latch adjustment of up to 4mm.
Recessed in wooden or metal frames.

TYPE A - AUTOMATIC 12Vac:

A (Automatic operation and activation at 12 Vac): the lock release is automatically unlocked when it receives a 12Vac voltage pulse. The lock release locks once the tension is stopped and the door opens and closes mechanically again. For a correct installation, the automatic bolt must be pressed about 3mm by the slide of the door once it is closed.
