Switch/Router by MikroTik with 24 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbps) and 2 SFP+ (10 Gb) ports. It can be configured as SWITCH or as ROUTER; the user can choose between SwitchOS or RouterOS management when starting the system.
It is a superior performance switch: a Layer 5, suitable for rack or desktop (includes rack mounts), which has an 800 Mhz processor and 512 Mb of RAM. The equipment includes a power jack but also supports PoE ethernet power.
This equipment gives you all the basic functionalities of a Switch, and more: it allows you to manage port-to-port forwarding, apply MAC filtering, configure VLANs, duplicate traffic, apply bandwidth limitation and even adjust some MAC header fields and IP. The SFP box supports 1.25 Gb SFP+ and 10 Gb SFP+ modules.
