Golmar N872/AL Surface-Mount Box with Integrated Rain Shield

The Golmar N872/AL allows a door entry or video door entry panel to be installed directly onto a wall or façade, avoiding the need to cut out the opening required for a flush-mounted box. It is particularly suitable for refurbishment projects and installations where building work on the wall needs to be kept to a minimum.

It is specifically designed for Golmar Nexa Aluminium entrance panels with a 2-module-high × 1-module-wide configuration. Manufactured from 2 mm anodised aluminium, it features an integrated upper rain shield that protects the assembly from direct rainfall and helps reduce the effect of sunlight reflections on the video door entry camera.

For installers who need a neat surface-mounted Nexa installation, this box combines the mounting enclosure and protective rain shield in a single solution. No flush-mounted box is required, while installation requires the Golmar N6002/AL mounting kit. It is intended for new door entry and video door entry installations or refurbishment projects and is not an electronic replacement part.

With dimensions of 134 × 259 × 58–80 mm, the N872/AL surface-mount box makes it possible to fit a Nexa Aluminium entrance panel onto a façade without recessing it into the wall. Its metal construction, integrated rain shield and specific compatibility with the Golmar Nexa modular system provide a practical solution for outdoor installations.
