The Ajax BulletCam HL 5 MP with 2.8 mm lens combines professional IP video surveillance with seamless integration into the Ajax ecosystem. Its 5 Megapixel sensor delivers a resolution of up to 2880 × 1620 pixels, providing a high level of detail that makes visual identification of faces and licence plates easier at entrances, homes, businesses and perimeter areas.

Its hybrid illumination reaches up to 50 metres and combines infrared (IR) and white light. The camera can automatically switch between both technologies depending on object recognition or motion detection, providing full-colour images when the white light is activated. It also features True WDR, a built-in digital microphone and AI-powered recognition of people, vehicles and pets, helping to reduce irrelevant events and improve visual alarm verification.

In addition to operating as a wired IP camera, it integrates natively with the Ajax ecosystem and can work alongside the intrusion system, adding video to alarm verification and automation scenarios. The camera can be added quickly by scanning a QR code, with remote configuration and control through Ajax apps. ONVIF Profile S and RTSP are also supported, making it particularly suitable for installers who want to combine Ajax video surveillance and intrusion protection within the same solution. It is designed for new installations and system expansions; it is not a replacement part.

PoE power allows data and power to be delivered through the Ethernet cable, simplifying installation. For recording, the camera supports a MicroSD card of up to 256 GB and can also operate with an Ajax NVR. With IP66 and IK08 protection, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations and provides a comprehensive solution for projects requiring 5 MP resolution, 50 m hybrid illumination, AI, audio, local storage and full Ajax integration.
