The Fagor NBS-701-C48 35dB UHF Broadband Headend Amplifier is designed to receive, boost and distribute terrestrial TV signal in professional DTT installations. It is a practical choice for apartment buildings, large homes and medium-sized networks where the installer needs stable UHF amplification before distributing the signal.
This unit works in terrestrial DTT/UHF systems from 47 to 694 MHz and provides 35 dB gain. Its 0-15 dB gain adjustment and 0-12 dB slope regulation help balance the signal level and reduce problems caused by insufficient signal or excessive amplification. It fits naturally into projects using broadband headend amplifiers.
The amplifier includes 1 input and 1 output, plus a -30 dB test output for signal checks during commissioning or maintenance. It can also feed masthead preamplifiers at 12 V or 24 V up to 100 mA, making it useful when a small amplifier is installed next to the rooftop antenna. It is suitable for both new installations and replacements of an equivalent terrestrial amplifier.
With 110-240 VAC power supply, 5 W consumption and indoor wall mounting, the Fagor FAG3535 offers efficient UHF signal amplification for professional DTT distribution networks. It can be combined with suitable DTT and SAT distribution accessories according to the number of outlets and cable losses in the installation.
