Example 1. Internet distribution in hotels over coaxial cable:

In hotel installations, this Televes diplexer allows TV signals and data networks to be combined over the same coaxial infrastructure. It is especially useful with CoaxData systems, enabling Internet distribution to different rooms without replacing existing antenna cabling.

Example 2. Transporting the internet signal through amplifiers without a return path

When transporting the internet signal in a coaxdata network through coaxial cable, we may encounter line amplifiers without a return path. To prevent this signal from being attenuated in the return amplifier, we use a filter to split the signal so that the 0–200 MHz range does not pass through the amplifier, while the rest of the signal is amplified. Once the signal has passed through the amplifier, it is recombined using the same filter.
