The Dahua XVR5116HS-I3/T is a WizSense hybrid digital video recorder designed to centralise professional video surveillance systems while making use of both existing coaxial cameras and IP cameras. Its 16 BNC inputs automatically detect HDCVI, AHD, TVI and CVBS signals, making it particularly suitable for upgrading existing installations without having to replace the coaxial cabling.

The recorder features SMD Plus on all 16 analogue channels, distinguishing humans and vehicles while reducing false alarms caused by rain, moving leaves or changes in lighting conditions. It also provides 2-channel AcuPick, 4-channel AI perimeter protection and 2-channel face recognition, offering advanced tools for quickly locating and verifying security events. It can be combined with Dahua HDCVI cameras to create an intelligent coaxial video surveillance system.

The XVR5116HS-I3/T supports 16 analogue cameras and provides 8 IP channels by default, with IP camera resolutions of up to 6 MP. In IP extension mode, it can support up to 24 IP channels by converting the analogue channels. This makes it particularly useful for installers upgrading CCTV systems that need to progressively integrate IP technology and intelligent video analytics.
