The DS-2CD1743G2-IZ (2.8-12mm) is a professionally designed surveillance dome camera for demanding urban environments. Its 1/3″ Progressive CMOS sensor captures images in 4 Mpx (2560×1440) with great detail. The motorized varifocal lens adjustable from 2.8 to 12 mm allows to modify the angle of view between 95.9° and 29.2° without the need to physically intervene on the camera.
Equipped with IR EXIR 2.0, it offers night vision up to 30 meters and features 120 dB WDR, BLC, HLC and 3D-DNR for balanced images in bright contrast conditions. In addition, it includes intelligent detection of people and vehicles, ideal for automated surveillance, applied to motion detection.
Resistant to dust, rain and vandalism thanks to its IP67 and IK10 certification, it is ideal for exposed outdoor environments. It is powered by 12 V DC or PoE (802.3af, class 3), consuming up to 11.5 W in PoE mode. Its H.265+ compression improves storage efficiency and bandwidth. In addition, it has a microsd card slot for up to 256GB.
