The Fermax 5211 RESISTANT Proximity Kit provides a complete standalone access control system for a single door. It is a practical solution for managing access to residential buildings, homes, offices or commercial premises using RFID credentials, either replacing or complementing conventional physical keys. The reader operates as a standalone unit with an integrated controller and door-opening relay, so no computer or external control panel is required for operation. Simply power the system, connect the electric door release and register the credentials. Supporting up to 1,000 users, it is particularly suitable for installers who need professional single-door access control with a straightforward system architecture.

The kit includes a Fermax 4813 DIN6 100–240 VAC / 12 VDC-2 A power supply, a standalone RESISTANT proximity reader, three MIFARE cards and two MIFARE key fobs. It is designed as a solution for new access control installations, rather than as an individual replacement part. Additional users can be added using Fermax MIFARE proximity cards, providing a convenient way to expand the number of registered credentials.
