The Comelit UT2010VC is a professional audio module designed for installations where the position of the entrance panel does not provide an optimal viewing angle. Its key advantage is the ability to connect an external PAL analogue camera, allowing the camera to be strategically positioned for a better view of visitors and turning a compatible audio door-entry system into a complete video door-entry solution.

Specifically designed for Comelit Ultra modular entrance panels, it operates on the 2-wire Simplebus 2 system and is intended for use with a 1210/1210A power supply. It is suitable for new installations as well as compatible system upgrades, and can be combined with the Comelit 1210A Simplebus 2 power supply to complete the system.

The module supports up to 2 call buttons and features an omnidirectional digital MEMS microphone and dual loudspeakers for high-fidelity audio. Its twilight sensor automatically switches off the nameplate backlighting during daylight hours, helping optimise energy consumption. The entrance panel can also be completed with the Comelit UT9211 single button for Ultra entrance panels.

Thanks to its separate camera connection, the Comelit UT2010VC audio module is particularly suitable for installers working on entrances with pillars, recessed doorways or architectural constraints where an integrated camera would not provide a clear view of visitors. It offers a flexible way to take advantage of Simplebus 2 while positioning the video camera according to the actual requirements of each entrance.
