Raedian NEO 80A CT Clamp for Dynamic Load Balancing
The Raedian RD-NEO-CT-80A is a toroidal CT clamp designed to measure the electrical consumption of an installation and provide this information to the management system of Raedian EV chargers. It enables intelligent use of the available power for EV charging, helping prevent the combined demand of the property and charger from exceeding the contracted power limit.
This current sensor rated up to 80A uses a split-core current transformer, allowing it to be fitted around the conductor without cutting the cable. When integrated into the Raedian NEO system, its measurements enable dynamic load balancing, allowing the charger to adjust the power delivered to the vehicle according to the real-time electricity consumption of the property.
