RJ45 connector Category 5E UTP cable.
8-pin male connector for category 5e UTP cables, they are used for connections to local cable networks or the Internet. Contacts are 50 µ gold plated.
It is used for connection with computers, routers, television receivers, etc. allowing a speed of up to 1000Mbps. It is used to crimp the ends of twisted pair cable.
A special tool called a crimper is needed to secure the connector. It is recommended to use RJ45 caps to protect the connection tab and achieve a more professional finish.
