The TP-Link Omada Fusion 2.5G combines an enterprise router and Omada controller in a single device, eliminating the need to install a dedicated software server or hardware controller. It provides centralized cloud management with no licensing fees, making it particularly suitable for professional installations where reducing hardware, maintenance requirements and recurring costs is a priority.

It features 5 × 2.5 Gbps RJ45 Ethernet ports, a Quad-Core processor and 2 GB DDR4 memory, allowing modern fibre connections above 1 Gbps and Multi-Gigabit local networks to operate without a traditional Gigabit bottleneck. Up to 4 WAN ports can operate simultaneously, with load balancing and automatic failover to distribute network traffic across multiple Internet connections and maintain connectivity if the primary connection fails.

The Fusion 2.5G Router operates within the TP-Link Omada ecosystem and is recommended for managing up to 30 Omada devices and 300 connected clients. It supports VPN, IDS/IPS, DPI, VLAN, QoS, Omada LightLink VPN and Full Mesh SD-WAN for up to 20 sites, making it an excellent choice for offices, retail premises and multi-site projects requiring secure, centrally managed networking. It is designed for new installations or professional network upgrades, rather than use as a replacement spare part.

Its 2.51-inch colour touchscreen allows installers to check network health, traffic and alerts directly from the gateway, as well as perform diagnostic tasks without connecting a computer. It provides a comprehensive solution for combining 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, Internet redundancy, advanced security and centralized Omada management in a single device.
