Nice MNS 110 dB Outdoor Siren with LED Flash and Dual Band Radio
The Nice MNS 110 dB outdoor siren provides a powerful audible and visual warning when an intrusion is detected. Installed on an exterior wall, it acts as an effective deterrent while alerting property owners, neighbours and anyone nearby.
It operates as a wireless peripheral within an alarm system, using bidirectional Dual Band communication on the 433 and 868 MHz frequencies. Its LED flash helps identify the affected property and indicates system states such as armed, disarmed, pre-alarm and recorded events.
It is particularly suitable for installers who need to expand their security solutions without running a power cable to the siren. It can be used in compatible new installations and system extensions, rather than solely as a replacement part. Six LR20 alkaline batteries are included, providing an average operating life of more than four years.
Protection against opening, removal from the wall and tampering reinforces the security of the installation. The combination of 110 dB(A) at one metre, LED warning light and periodic supervision provides an effective response both during the day and at night.

Example 1: Residential garden intrusion
An intruder climbs over the rear fence of a detached house at 3:00 a.m., triggering the outdoor motion detectors. The alarm control panel immediately activates the Nice Outdoor Siren, which emits its powerful 110 dB warning sound while simultaneously flashing its high-intensity LED light. The loud acoustic signal startles the intruder and forces them to flee, while the flashing beacon enables neighbours, property owners and emergency responders to quickly identify the affected property in the dark.
Example 2: Expansion of an alarm system without power cabling
In a renovation or system extension where running a power cable to the exterior is not practical, the installer can add this battery-powered wireless siren. Its bidirectional Dual Band radio communication allows it to operate as part of a compatible Nice Security alarm system without requiring a wired power connection.
The device also incorporates protection against opening, removal from the wall and attempts to break into the enclosure. Any attempt to tamper with the siren can therefore trigger the alarm and alert the system immediately.
