4MP LPR Bullet IP Camera with 2.8-12 mm Motorized Lens and 70 m IR

The TVT-423 is a 4MP Bullet IP camera designed for license plate identification and recording at vehicle access points. Its LPR technology makes it suitable for barrier control, car parks, toll areas and residential entrances, providing a professional solution for automated vehicle access monitoring within IP video surveillance systems.

Equipped with a 1/1.8" CMOS sensor and 2688 × 1520 resolution, it features a 2.8-12 mm F1.6 motorized varifocal lens, allowing installers to remotely adjust the field of view to accurately cover the required traffic lane. Its infrared illumination provides a range of up to 70 metres, enabling surveillance in very low-light or completely dark environments.

The camera incorporates LPR/ANPR license plate recognition, 120 dB WDR, 3D DNR, HLC, BLC, MicroSD storage up to 256 GB and PoE power supply. Its IP67 weather protection makes it suitable for demanding outdoor installations. These features make it particularly suitable for professional installers who need to combine IP cameras with intelligent vehicle access control.

Designed for new installations and extensions of IP CCTV systems, rather than as a specific replacement part, the TVT-423 combines license plate recognition, motorized optics, long-range IR illumination and outdoor protection in a robust solution for professional vehicle monitoring and access-control projects.

Example 1. Automated access control in residential communities:

Installed at the entrance lane of a residential complex, the TVT-423 can identify vehicle license plates and compare them with its internal database. Its relay output can form part of a barrier control system, allowing authorised vehicles to enter while maintaining a visual record of incoming and outgoing traffic. The motorized lens helps the installer accurately frame the required lane during commissioning.

Example 2. Vehicle monitoring in car parks and controlled facilities:

In a commercial car park, logistics centre or industrial site, the camera can capture the original 4MP image together with license plate information while recording additional vehicle attributes. Its LPR functions, long-range IR illumination and IP67 housing make it particularly suitable for entrances that must continue operating at night or in demanding outdoor environments.
