The Ajax DomeCam Mini HL 8MP black is a compact IP dome camera for professional video surveillance installations that require high resolution, intelligent detection and fast integration with the Ajax ecosystem. Its 4K UHD resolution allows detailed scene review, helping identify faces, licence plates or critical points in an installation.
It works as a PoE IP camera and also within the Ajax system, so it can be integrated into projects with Ajax NVR recorders or managed from the Ajax app. It is not a spare part, but a product for new installations, system expansions or upgrades of IP video surveillance systems.
Its hybrid light combines infrared illumination and white light with a range of up to 15 metres. In smart mode, the camera can record in infrared and activate the white light when a person or vehicle is detected, delivering colour video when key details need to be captured. The built-in AI classifies people, vehicles and pets to filter irrelevant movement and reduce false alarms.
