The Ajax Socket (type G) Jeweller allows you to remotely control the power supply of electrical appliances and equipment through Ajax apps. In addition to remote switching, it provides energy consumption monitoring and supports automation scenarios that integrate connected devices with the operation of the Ajax security system.

This Type G smart plug operates within the Ajax system using the Jeweller radio communication protocol, supports loads of up to 13 A and 3 kW, and provides encrypted two-way communication with a range of up to 1,100 metres in open space. It can be integrated with an Ajax alarm control panel to combine security, electrical control and automation within a single system.

One of its key advantages is the ability to create automation scenarios: connected equipment can be switched off when the security system is armed, activated when it is disarmed, or controlled according to specific system events. For example, it can manage climate-control equipment based on environmental conditions when combined with an Ajax temperature, humidity and CO2 sensor. This makes it particularly suitable for installers automating homes, offices or small businesses using the existing Ajax ecosystem.

The AJ-SOCKET-G-W combines remote control, energy monitoring and electrical load automation within the Ajax system. It is designed for new installations or extensions of compatible Ajax systems and is not a replacement part, providing a straightforward way to add intelligent electrical control to a security installation.
