The Hikvision DS-UPS2000-R is designed to protect critical electronic equipment against power outages, voltage drops, surges and other power supply disturbances. With a capacity of 2000 VA / 1200 W, it provides immediate backup power to keep recorders, cameras, routers, switches and other essential devices operating during a power failure.

Its built-in AVR automatically stabilises mains voltage fluctuations without continuously using the batteries, helping to protect connected equipment while preserving battery capacity for when it is actually required. In the event of a power failure, the UPS switches to battery power in ≤10 ms and provides a typical backup time of 15 to 20 minutes at a 300 W load.

The DS-UPS2000-R features 4 Schuko outlets, two built-in 12 V/9 Ah lead-acid batteries, a USB communication port and an LCD screen displaying battery and load levels, input and output voltage and operating alerts. It is particularly suitable for installers working with Hikvision CCTV cameras and recorders, where maintaining power to the security system during an electrical fault is especially important. This UPS is intended for new installations or system expansions and is not a replacement spare part.
