The NIMO ACTV150 boosts the DTT signal directly next to the antennas, before cable and distribution losses reduce its level. It helps stabilise reception and reduce picture pixelation or freezing caused by insufficient signal strength.
It features two independent UHF inputs and one output, with 30 dB gain per input and an individual adjustment range greater than 15 dB. It allows two UHF DTT antennas aimed at different transmitters to be connected and balanced. It is suitable for both new installations and the replacement of older mast amplifiers.
The amplifier operates across the 470–694 MHz UHF band and includes a 5G/LTE filter. Its shielded chassis helps protect the signal from electromagnetic noise, while the weather-resistant ABS housing and included clamp simplify outdoor mast installation. The inputs and output use F-type connectors.
It is particularly suitable for homes and small DTT distribution systems receiving signals from two different directions. A 24 VDC power supply is required and not included. It is not designed to amplify FM, VHF/DAB or satellite signals.
