The Comelit CT430940 KNX 9-Output 16A Actuator with Manual Control allows independent switching and control of up to nine electrical circuits from a single module. It is a professional solution for automating lighting, blinds and HVAC systems in homes, offices and commercial buildings, suitable for both new installations and replacing faulty equipment.

It features 9 potential-free relay outputs, each with a switching capacity of 16 A at 230 Vac. The outputs can operate independently or be combined to control up to four blinds or two fan coil units, adapting to different project requirements.

Operating via a 29 Vdc KNX bus, the actuator is DIN rail-mounted and occupies six modules. Its capacitive push buttons allow manual operation of each relay, simplifying testing and maintenance even when the KNX bus is not operational. As KNX is an open and interoperable standard, the CT430940 can also be used as a replacement for faulty KNX actuators from other manufacturers, provided that the electrical specifications, required functions and ETS configuration are compatible. It can be installed using a shielded KNX bus cable and integrated with a KNX touchscreen with IP connectivity.

The integrated arithmetic logic unit supports logic operations, timers and counters to create conditional automation functions. The CT430940 combines nine 16 A outputs, manual control and advanced KNX functions, making it a versatile solution for new installations, system expansions and replacement of existing KNX actuators from other brands. For loads exceeding 16 A per output, a suitable contactor must be installed.
